Return Policy
We offer a 60-day exchange period from the date of purchase on all eligible devices. This guarantee is designed to protect both your business and ours, but it comes with clear conditions. Please read carefully before initiating a return.
1. Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in the exact condition they were received—no exceptions.
- Devices must include all labels, stickers, and internal markings.
- Original packaging must be used. We do not accept returns in alternate or damaged boxes.
- Units that have been opened, tampered with, physically damaged, or exposed to water will not be accepted, and the exchange will be immediately denied.
2. Return Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact your assigned representative and include photos of the device, and a brief explanation.
- Once approved, ship the item back at your expense using a trackable method. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
We do not offer pre-paid return labels. Return shipping costs are always the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Processing Time
Once we receive the item and confirm it meets all return criteria, an exchange will be processed within 2 to 5 business days, subject to available stock.
4. What Voids the Guarantee
The following conditions void your exchange eligibility:
- Physical damage of any kind (scratches, cracks, dents)
- Liquid damage
- Unauthorized repairs or opening of the device
- Missing parts or labels
- Return initiated after the 60-day window
Any returned item found to be outside the original condition will be rejected and sent back at your cost.
5. No Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds under any circumstance. Only exchanges or store credit are offered.
6. Final Note
We are a wholesale supplier, not a retail store. This is a business-to-business policy—not a trial period. If you or your customer mishandles a device, the responsibility is yours.
