How to Contact Us
If you don’t have an Account Number yet, your best course of action would be to request one by clicking here, or to email us at [email protected].
We usually do not offer over-the-phone service to non-customers. No account, no call.
If you already have an Account Number and need to reach us for something other than a return or an order, you can call +1-888-350-2250 and follow the menu.
If a representative is available, your call will be answered. If not, leave a message—we’ll call you back ASAP. You can also email your assigned representative directly.
For returns, follow the Return Policy and email us at [email protected].
For orders, email your representative or use the automatic order form provided after your account approval.
Pricing and Discounts
Orders under 10 devices are considered samples, so you’ll pay an additional $20 fee per unit—small orders cost us time, and time isn’t free.
For orders between 10 and 49 devices, standard rates apply; simply refer directly to our inventory price list.
If you order 50 devices or more, you’ll receive a $10 discount per unit. Rewarding volume is just good business.
Of course, exceptions can be made if you’re a returning customer, if you order expensive items, or if current stock levels don’t allow us to meet the minimums.
We run a business, not a bureaucracy—when it makes sense, we adapt.
60-days Warranty
All our devices include a standard 60-day warranty. (Physical or water damage immediately voids the warranty—no exceptions, no debates.)

Don’t call, don’t text—only emails count, because we like clear records and zero confusion. Expect a response within one business day. Fast, professional, and no time wasted.
Are the devices blacklisted ?
Of course not, our devices are never iCloud-locked, Samsung-locked, or blacklisted.
We source directly from major Canadian and U.S. telecom companies and businesses, buying in bulk by the pallet.
If it’s listed for sale, it’s because it passed our tests. No junk, no guessing.
Can I choose the color ?
At USED MOBILES, we don’t list device colors—because frankly, colors don’t affect your profit margins. You’re here for prices, not aesthetics. But if color actually matters to your business, specify your preference clearly in the “Notes” section when ordering. If we’ve got it in stock, you’ll get it.
Simple, quick, ZERO HASSLE, ZERO NONSENSE.
Can we talk on Whatsapp ?
We do not have an official WhatsApp account, and we prioritize communication by email for clarity and record-keeping.
That said, each representative operates independently. If yours chooses to communicate via WhatsApp, that’s entirely their decision.
TL;DR: Ask your rep. If they’re open to it, they’ll let you know.
Orders
Shipping and Tracking
For shipments within our warehouse locations (Canada), the shipping cost is $30 with full tracking included—fast, tracked, done.
Shipping to the US costs $40, with the same reliable tracking.
If your destination is anywhere else, don’t guess—contact us directly for a precise quote. To simplify things further, we strongly recommend using a US reshipping service. It’s faster and easier than dealing with international shipping hassles yourself.
Regarding shipping delays, we prepare and generate the shipping label within 1 to 2 business days after full payment is received.
Once the transporter picks up your parcel, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
Payment Methods
At USED MOBILES, we keep payments simple and straightforward:
PayPal/Credit Card:
Pay securely with PayPal or your credit card through PayPal’s platform—no account needed. (A 5% processing fee applies. Convenience isn’t free.)
E-Transfer/Interac:
Canadian customers, keep it easy with direct bank transfers. No extra fees, no waiting.
Direct Bank Deposit/Electronic Fund Transfer:
Best for large orders—move funds directly between banks. No additional fee.
International Wire Transfer:
Sending money internationally? A 3% fee applies.
All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Taxes
If you’re anywhere outside Canada—including the U.S.—we don’t charge sales tax. However, you may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s laws and regulations. That’s between you and your customs office.
If you’re in Canada, we charge taxes based on your province.
But if you’re running a business, this shouldn’t be a real cost—most of it can be recovered through input tax credits.
If you qualify for a tax exemption (like First Nation status), just contact us and we’ll adjust your orders accordingly.
Pick-up my Order
If you’re near our Canadian warehouse in Québec City, you can schedule an appointment with your representative to pick up your order—once payment is completed.
